Vista do Rei/Sete Cidades trail
The huge volcanic crater of Sete Cidades is home to two lakes: Lagoa Azul and Lagoa Verde which are named after their color when it reflects the sky and the mountains around.
The best view of the lakes is from Vista do Rei (the King’s view), and it is from there where you can start your hiking trail.
