Faial da Terra / Salto do Prego trail
On the South East part of the azoreean island of Sao Miguel the visitor will encounter an unique village called Faial da Terra. This village and all the are ais the home of unique and protected flora and breathtaking landscapes.
Salto do Prego is a magnificent and imposing waterfall which falls on a beautiful lagoon.
We propose you a circular trail from the Faial da Terra village to the Salto do Prego waterfall and back. For a better view of the waterfall, just book the Faial da Terra / Salto do Prego trail and enjoy the trip!
Furnas trail
The archipelago of Azores have been considered for long to be among the most beautiful islands in the world, a true paradise for nature lovers with most stunning lakes and vast volcanic coastline.
Furnas village contains at least two lakes (called caldeiras), one which is younger, 6-km wide and one which is older and larger and also it is less topographically distinct. The eastern wall of the 500-m-deep lake of Furnas (Caldeira da Furnas) overlaps the western wall of the Povoaçao lake of Nordeste volcano. The volcanic activity of the Furnas volcano dates back about 100,000 years.

Serra Devassa trail
The Serra Devassa is a potuguese sierra located in the parrish of Sete Cidades and is part of the Protected Landscape Area of the Sete Cidades .
The Serra Devassa geological accident has its highest point called the Pico das Mares at 873 meters altitude above the sea level and it also forms one of the largest mountain ranges of the island of Sao Miguel.
This mountainous formation is the craddle of the Western part of the island and home to a large area of forests with rare floral species.
Mata do Canario trail
Mata do Canario (Canary Forest) is a natural park located in the Sete Cidades area in Sao Miguel Azorean island.
This forest area located at high altitude within the island of Sao Miguel presents besides an extraordinary botany some of the finest views on the island.
Because of this botanical richness, the Mata do Canario is set in an area classified as protected landscape.
Vista do Rei/Sete Cidades trail
The huge volcanic crater of Sete Cidades is home to two lakes: Lagoa Azul and Lagoa Verde which are named after their color when it reflects the sky and the mountains around.
